Stupid silly glitches...

This game is an good game so far it want good auto one day there some silly glitches happen one of my character stop moving it didnt not move to attack people but it still use it skill without moving my hero name is lan feng huang that the one that stop moving and I hate it because she not helping her team in fight she just stand there,she use to move when I first start the game but it stop for reasons can you please fixed it thank you.
